Success!

Well, he's all done, and the doctor is pleased with how everything went! The first part of the surgery was used up just correcting that main artery and the other four (yes - five total) have also been corrected and everything looks to be adapting the way it should. He is now in the ICU and will be for at least a day more than likely. He'll be under for another couple of hours, but we can go see him two or so at a time in about 45 minutes. It can be a slow recovery, as you all know, so your continued thoughts and prayers are so appreciated. No word yet as to how long he will be in the hospital, but he was determined, before he went in, that it wouldn't be long. We'll see what he says when he wakes up. :)

Thank you again for all your prayers and efforts on his behalf...for your phone calls, concern and expressions of love. Our Father in Heaven has watched over all of us, especially Dad and the doctors. We are just very grateful.
